Hi everyone, welcome to my blog. I am Rachel, a passionate occupational therapist. I graduated from the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University. I am starting to write blog because I would like to give extra help to all family who needed. Little help could mean a lot to others!

In each blog, I would like to include some useful information and tips for family. I would also attach some useful links and articles in each post so you can have further reading if you wish to.
